Jeffrey Cameron Clark for me. 1984 he killed the manager at Studebakers on Airline Hwy for $2600.00

He was a bartender at the place where I got my first job washing dishes. A nightclub but not that one.

I had forgotten about him but that other thread got me thinking. I remember him very well. He would sit in the office with the manager at the place I worked and watch him count the money.

He's still on death row and was convicted of killing someone else in jail.

I mean frick, I hate to say it but it really could have been me

What about you? Any murderers you hung out with that you remember?

A dude I went to high school with killed a guy later. He wasn't a murderer when I knew him, but he later became one. He is in prison for life.

A guy I was good friends with in middle school and the beginning of high school ended up arranging to have his family murdered years later. His mother and brother were killed and his Dad injured. Now he's on death row. He's had several TV shows and segments about him.

Guy I played HS ball with abducted a girl, raped, and killed a 7yr old. He was borderline special ed but they wanted him on that team. His whole family was pure trailer trash.

Yes. I went to school with the “Papa Johns murderer” in Knoxville in the mid nineties. Her name was Ashley Sellers. Her and her boyfriend worked at Papa Johns and killed the manager for the deposit bag while she was still in high school. As far as I know she is still in jail.

Sean Vincent Gillis.
Todd Wessinger
Gary Plauche
Kyle Manda
Chad Cameron

The last two should not be held at Angola for life without parole but that's just my opinion. Both should be let out by 2035.

When I was in HS I worked with a guy who was an accomplice in a murder case and served 15 years then got out early. He was an old man when we were working together - super nice and I learned a lot from him.

More negligent homicide, but one of my wife's students shot his cousin. The kid was 7 and playing with a gun his uncle left around when he accidentally fired it. Can't remember the age of the cousin.

Guy that works for me committed triple homicide in "self defense". He got out after 30 years.
