Thanks for bringing this up because I was going to. He fired Kiffin before the NC and replaced him with Sark. They went on to lose the NC. This was a mistake for Saban.

Ok, O fired our Kiffin last year and we've had our Sark for this entire year. Much like Sark at Bama, it's time to turn the page on the E experiment here.

Crowton was a voluntary departure to make $50k more per year. That's not being replaced. There was the same anguish about the lack of performance (how shocking) which may have played a role in his leaving but he left on his own.

I can't even find any "voluntary departures" after a 2 loss season. Even a 3 loss season. SE may step down or we may bring in a coOC, but I just don't see us changing completely.

Unless SE was a temporary place holder or something. I don't know.

I don’t see your change taking place. Coach O would have to admit publicly that he’s failed on two OC hires in two years.

The horror! Better that Ceauxch 0 save face than do what is right by the LSU football program...

Correct!! You don’t replace OC after a NC or 11 win season. Would be disastrous and lead to program downfall. Good call!!

I think we need to accept that E isn't going anywhere, and our offense is slowly regressing back to Les Miles style.

My point exactly. Like it or not he will be here next year.

So can we talk about something else?

Must replace our pass game coordinator, Coach Sullivan, need to update offense and implement power spread concepts, would greatly benefit from a stronger recruiting presence in Tx.
