We are going to have to take them on in the streets. They are building a brown shirt army. The people pushing these libs know exactly what they are doing. They are trained and have been doing this shite in every country all over the world for almost 100 years. They know what to do, how to do it and have the money to do it. Every since Hillary lost when she had the election locked up. What I learned about liberals(even some friends I had) they talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Everthing is fine when it's going there way but when they lose they act like little whiney crying bitches. I lost about half of those liberal friends after the election but oh well.

Great thread! I think the root of their insanity rests with their total adoration of BHO. I think he alleviated their white guilt and he set up the Libs for a lifetime of progressive programs. When HRC lost they were devastated as they came very close to a total takeover. I know my liberal direct relative got VERY active when HRC lost and began e mail campaigns, protests etc. Now that Trump has eliminated so mush of Obamas progressive agenda they are flipped out.

It is because they were SOOOOO CLOOOOSE! They had succeeded in creating a governmental system "free from the constraints of the Constitution". They had established their version of the "Politbureau", the "KGB", the "Gestapo", and a judicial system that would rubber stamp and validate anything that they did. They even had their own version of the "Sturmabteilung" (SA) -- the Antifa. They had everything in place to finally seize a totally "extra-constitutional" and unchecked and unbalanced control of the United States! Not only that, but there was no opposition to them putting their "Fearless Leader" in place. The United States would have been as much of a Totalitarian, Socialist state as the Soviet Union was, however without the communist economics, at least initially. It was a "Fait Accompli". Then they "Got Trumped" (pun intended). Not only was there Government decapitated, but now he is proceeding to dismantle the despotic framework they had assembled.
As such we are seeing them fighting for their lives with every means possible short of armed insurrection; and that topic has even been brought up by some of the radical Left Wing in groups.

Liberal here.
Liberals are still really upset about 2016. There was a strong feeling that this country was heading in a progressive direction politically, socially and economically and all of that has gone to the way side since then.
The party leadership (whoever you consider to be the leadership these days) has also done nothing to curtail this whiny attitude.
As someone who is a moderate democrat I can't even have a conversation with many of my liberal friends. It's either you hate everything Trump and the Republicans do or you are a racist, sexist, bigot etc. I'm not very happy with the current state of our politics and our attitude.
