InB4 Viagra for your heart

I once took a med (forget for what). Took the first dose Friday night and when I woke Saturday morning, I had no sense of taste or smell. I didn't take my next dose and called the doctor. He was a little shocked and didn't know it was a side effect (I had to look it up first).

He simply told me to stop taking it until my senses came back and start taking it again, 1/2 doses first couple doses.

It was fine after that.

A sedative medication that I was given prior to surgery one time caused INTENSE itching of my butthole.

The itch was completely confined to my butthole, and it was miserable.

It felt like a thousand ants were going to town on my sphincter.

So weird and uncomfortable. Don't mind me nurse as I ferociously rub my itchy butthole against the stretcher.

Zoloft. Doctor said it was supposed to help me sleep and it made me simultaneously hot & cold, wired & tired, hungry & full all at the same time. It messed with my speech to like I was unable to form coherent sentences. Screw that, I lasted about a week and never touched another SSRI.

SO is exquisitely sensitive to medications. If there's a side effect, she will have it. She was prescribed something or other one time, and the Dr told her, "there's an extremely rare condition that starts with a rash and is potentially fatal. It'll never happen, but we're required to tell you about it." Sure enough, she ends up in the ER with a rash.

Paranoid hallucinations. It was a specific type of cough syrup, but it freaked me the hell out. Like balled up in a corner, seeing things, sweating, and terrified.

Took Dilaudid for some major dental work and happily announced that I wanted to "f the shite out of" my best friend's wife (who thankfully is not my type since my wife was in the room with me).

I took melatonin a while back and experienced vivid dreams where the New Orleans Saints were huddling around my bed trying to wake me up. Pretty weird stuff.

I took a couple Primidone back when I was 19 without knowing what they were or how they worked.

Spent 3 miserable days before the wore off. They short circuit the electrical impulses in your muscles to help stop epileptic seizures. A truly horrible feeling.

Was the last time I ever took something without consulting a PDR or the internet.

I had to take some pills for a MRSA infection I had.

The side affect was about 4 boils in total. As if that wasn't bad enough, one of the boils formed right next to my butt-hole. Pain for days, but when it finally popped, it was one of the best feelings I've ever experienced.

TL:DR I have peed almost every color of the rainbow

I had kidney stones so large that they had branched out like coral in my kidney. It had to be surgically cut out of my back,

So it was not unusual for me have urine the color of red koolaid . It could also just be a normal color.

Then they gave me meds that turned my urin a vivid shade of orange. It was so orange that it looked like dye.

Another med they gave me caused blue urine but i had an episode of gross hematuria (visible blood in urine) so my urine sample then were purple.

Another one they put me on made me pee green (and it was around St Paddy's Day so that was fun actually.

**The reason for the weird colors is the dyes help see how much of the med is in their urinary tract system. They have an anesthetic affect to stop the agonizing burning of trying to pee, or the pain of those sharp stones shredding thru your Urinary tract system.
