I didn't read that article as an outright "ban" from Florida, as in they'd arrest him if he were seen on the street. I don't think they can do that.
It sounds to me like more of a recommendation to Nevada that his parole should be supervised by Nevada.
I have no doubt that if he returned to Florida, the state would find every means within the law to make this vile bastard's life as uncomfortable as possible.

But what if the real killer is in Florida?

I'm surprised that Fred Goldman hasn't put a contract out on him by now. Fred is in his 80's. I would think he'd get his own justice by now.
Interestingly, Kim Goldman actually had a very opportune moment to murder OJ. She was driving in LA, and OJ just happened to walk in front of her car. She considered putting the petal to the metal, but thought Ron wouldn't want that.

OJ has CTE.
OJ was a sociopath long before he started playing for the NFL. CTE is a total cop out excuse for the monster OJ always was. All you have to do is look at the treatment of his best friend AC who was with him his entire life to know what kind of a person OJ is. A shame he didn't agree to go on the 30 for 30 because he had to have the best dirt on OJ of anyone.

Isn't it clear what is happening here, the real killers are in Florida and the Florida AG is covering for them.

Why is he getting singled out? The first thing every loser getting out of jail in the northeast or upper Midwest does is come to Florida.

I do hope they can get their hands on the millions that OJ has in an offshore account. OJ was talking about the money in the recorded conversations from jail (all calls are recorded).
When OJ finally got put in prison, Kim Goldman sent him a lovely card that said "Congratulations on your new home".

Pretty sure if Nicole had lived, she would have developed CTE too. Only hers would have been caused by years of beatings by OJ.
Hope OJ is miserable for the rest of his life.
Interestingly, now a majority of black people believe he is indeed guilty.
Once upon a time a majority of blacks claimed he was innocent but the tide has turned. It will be interesting to see how he lives life on parole, paranoid about getting violation and having to go back to prison.
I can envision people videoing him and him getting pissed, becoming enraged and threatening or attacking someone and then being sent back to prison.

Right, i need to see where a state can ban interstate travel from within the country....that's a new one on me.

I don't think Florida can ban OJ from visiting or living there. However, they can deny supervising his parole. Which likely means he cannot live in Florida.

You can't randomly ban someone from a state. Show me precedence
At Obama inauguration a guy was arrest from climbing up into a tree in a roped off area. Part of his was release was he agreed to stay out of the District for life. At that time it was reported that 16=20 states prohibited banning, however a handful allow it(Maryland). Kentucky has used in domestic abuse cases recently.

I'm guessing that's what they mean, but this is great because now the Goldmans can go directly after his cash flow.

Orenthal James was framed by racist cops like Mark Furman. I mean it was proven that he used the "N Word".
