So OJ has set an unprecedented record of being barred from Florida. That's right: OJ was deemed by the Florida Attorney General for being too violent and vile for Florida. I don't think anyone in my memory regardless of what you've done has been banned from Florida. Ted Bundy died there for God's sake.

There's also no way in hell any other state will have him, so he will live, die, and likely murder another person in Nevada. This mother fricker will kill again, especially if he realizes the only thing he missed about freedom was pussy and golf.

Zimmerman beats women and kills people, pretty sure he's still around somewhere. frick this self righteous POS. I don't care for the juice, but the man served his time and this AG is just trying to get his name in lights.

They can arrest him for trespassing. If he gets bent out of shape, shoot him for resisting arrest.

Problem solved.

The guy is on parole from the state of Nevada to where he can't leave the state of his choosing. Florida is under absolutely no obligation to accept him. Given that I'm sure no other state will have him, he's fricked to live and die in Nevada unless he chooses to break the law.

And in all seriousness, he needs to be injected with a GPS chip so we know where he is at all times. Even with the DNA he will leave behind when he kills again, GPS will doubly damn him.

How does this affect his sheltering his house/assets from the civil judgment? (the reason he moved to FL in the 1st place)

O.J. has NOT completed serving his sentence yet. He's on parole. He's still serving time, the State of Nevada has just agreed that he won't be doing it inside of a prison as long as he abides by their terms. If those terms include "stay your arse out of Florida", he's got to stay his arse out of Florida until his parole is done or it's straight back into his suite at the Greybar Hotel.

O.J. Simpson is not a man who is completely free to do whatever he wishes and won't be for several more years.

Pretty sure he would lose homestead, which means his house is probably fair game

Zimmerman wasn't on parole and couldn't have been rejected by a state.

And OJ is a far more vile individual than Zimmerman. I don't think Zimmerman will kill anyone else. I think there's a very sizable chance OJ will. He's entered his twilight years, all of his friends have abandoned and loathe him, and maybe he liked the idolatry he got in prison but won't get outside of prison with almost every non-black person spitting at him and calling him a murderer non-stop.

Plus before OJ went into the joint, it wasn't the smart phone age. Now people will follow him constantly with cameras taunting him at all times, as they should. I think he'll snap in this day and age, especially with the damning 30 for 30 made about him. He's not going to like that documentary one bit once he sees it, and if I were a part of it, I'd stay the frick out of Nevada.

Good question. Now he is out of incarceration, he will not be able to claim it as his tax home, probably losing the unbelievable protection Florida law provides in what you call your home.

Everyone was sucking his cock in prison and people loved being around him. He's about to get out in public that has been sharply reminded on how big of a monster he actually is. And they didn't have smart phones before he was thrown in the slammer. I think it's completely feasible that he concludes he prefers the joint to a society that loathes and taunts him non-stop. I think the first person that really, really pisses him off in a private setting where they are alone, he may snap and kill them. He is a threat to society at large.

The idiot who wrote that press release to get attention for herself probably has no better grasp of the law than you do. If OJ meets the parole transfer criteria, he must be accepted. They don’t have a choice.
