Well that 10 year old girl has bigger balls then many of the northerners.

You think it didn't set it up? Seriously?

Again to get back on track, what does Sansa getting mad at Jon and going behind his back to call on LF have to do with Jon being an inspiration and good leader?

What does Jon, just a name and bastard to Stanis, have to do with him going North on the advise of Mel who had just randomly looked into the fire as they were about to condemn Davos?

she didn't do it to undermine jon, but it was a plot device used to create tension. she told him not to abandon the plan because rickon was dead no matter what...not to play ramsay's game, and he did anyway.

jon not listening, sansa saving his arse and sansa not being recognized for it is to create tension...as were the scenes with her undermining him early in the season...at the very least to create the illusion of tension. sansa is hard to read this season which I like. the look she has when arya is a badass...it could be one of a million different emotions (jealousy, concern, sympathy) arya seems to think she's plotting...we'll see.

I'm calling it a catalyst and plot devise. Had she told Jon there was a really good option available to her, then we don't have tension at all. She delivers a ton of men. They largely outnumber Ramsey and win easily. Rickon dies anyway.

The discussion over jon's command skills has proven to be quite passionate.

Is that what you were thinking at the time? Last season? No. You were not.

It means it's not DEM, because it was expected. By definition, that cannot be DEM.

I think that's just a plot hole for dramatic effect

oh no, jon is about to die (again) oh wait, riders from the vale, he's saved...yay. they wanted it to look like he'd lose.

for a show that's become famous for it's willingness to kill anyone, things had slowed in that department since Joffrey's death (jon snow died I suppose but they brought him back ) so I think they were fighting the predictability of jon living which would mean jon winning.

The cast has grown even smaller over the last few seasons.

What would killing someone like Jon again achieve? Jon was resurrected because he has a purpose so was anyone actually expecting Jon to die at any point after that?

I mean I think that a large part of this is just that the story has slowed down. There is a reason ASOS is considered the best book in the series by a pretty solid margin.

Yep. Looks like everyone left has plot armor now.

You all have in this thread. I will point it out in 2 weeks so that we can shame the poster. It is pretty far back, so just don't go looking again.
