Your data shows that a larger percentage of "mixed race" infants are black/white as opposed to adults who are mixed race. It doesn't really suggest anything about the race of the father, mother, or marital data, for that matter.

On the contrary, white fathers were listed on the birth certificates of 3,025,000 babies in 2014, while white mothers were only listed on 3,020,000 birth certificates. Black fathers were listed for 656,000 babies, while black mothers were listed on 640,500 babies.

Surely there is overlap, but to infer it is increasing the number of unwed white pregnancies is not based in fact.

If a racial component exist, it isn't the one you think it is. Since 2000, white non-Hispanics and Asian or Pacific Islanders are the only two races to increase their unwed birth rates, 13.6% and 3.8% respectively. The unwed birth rate for blacks and Hispanics has come down significantly, -12.8% and -21.4% respectively.

Hell, since 1990, non-Hispanic white unwed birth rates have climbed 30.4% while black unwed birth rates have decreased 32.0%.

Yeah, that study is suspect at best.

Of the respondents who had more than one child out of wedlock with another man, 100% said that other man was also black. Hard to take it serious with what was assuredly a small sample size.
