Stuffed that bastard to the moon & back w garlic, rosemary and minced red onion. Marinated over night in the same plus good olive oil and sliced lemons.
Going indirect at about 350 is the plan. Finish at medium rare.

Did the exact same thing with mine. Seared to finish. I thought the flavors were awesome for something so simple.

I over-cooked it a bit, but was enjoyed w a Greek salad, roasted new potatoes, and an '09 Malbec.

Sounds wonderful. It's been so long since I've done anything but lambchops, I don't recall how I cooked the leg.
