What's your one solution to end terrorism?

What if all the western countries, NATO etc. came to an agreement and just left all the middle eastern countries and pulled out all their military personnel cold turkey? Forget nation building, bringing democratic elections or any other agenda these countries have for being in those Muslim countries.
Could this end terrorism? It seems like it would take away the no.1 recruiting tool for the radical terrorists.

Send back all refugees, only interfere with muslim countries leaderships if it affects the safety of other countries, like nuclear programs.
Refugee p4ograms should bebprivateky funded and deal with legal immigration from deserving people who actually want to leave their current lifetyle AND culture. Assimilation shoukd be a requirement. I welcome anyone from anywhere who actially wants to live the American dream and pursuit of happiness, i say frick anyone who wqnts to come here and change the place, or use it to benefit while never embracing who we are and how we got here.

It might help.
But you have millions of Muslims, including radicalized Muslims, in western europe. Attacks would continue, but hopefully they would be slowed.

Start talking about Islamists and Islamism. Starting there would at least give us an understanding of what is going on in the ME.
I've long favored the funding of Islamic schools by Western countries to counteract the Saudi funding. The Gulf Arab funding in general is why we are where we are. Something has to be done to counteract that. There are many schools the West could base it on, such as Mu'tazila or the Averroism, with the former now an epithet in jihadi circles.
As long as the Gulf Arabs continue to fund these schools in different countries, even in the West, terrorism will have an intellectual and ideological basis.

I do....for those in prison for being terrorists, then let them rot in jail. For those that aren't in jail, their friends that aren't terrorists needs to rat them out and then they can go to jail to rot.
