Cause signing Gordon Hayward and drafting a 19 yr old ain't winning the East.

Sign Hayward, draft Fultz, trade Thomas (this is his peak value). Problem is, idk the trade market for Thomas. Because whoever trades for him can't guarantee that they can re-sign him.

They probably just can't be the Cavs now, though. Maybe in a couple of years.

Fans will hate it, but it seems Isaiah should actually be traded...but for whom?

Hire an attacker to club LeBron on the knee.

Trade for LeBron.

I don't think there's much they can do in the short term.

They should have traded for George. The Pacers gave the Cavs more competition than the Raptors and Celtics.

The best move is probably keeping these picks and build a young team, hoping LeBron declines in a few years. They really have no chance even if they add PG.

Other than getting PG13, there's no way they can even take the CAVS to 6. The lowly Pacers gave the Cavs better games than this.

They should keep the pick and continue building their core. Hope that in 3-4 years LeBron reign is either done or at the very least, he looks beatable.

With the pick this year and another next season to put next to Brown, there shouldn't be any rush to "win now".

It's gonna honestly take Lebron retiring for another East team to be favored again. He's just so damn good and really gets the most out of his teammates which makes him even tougher to consistently beat. Lebron will win the East for another 3-5 years imo.

Tough. Do you keep the pick or trade it? The window of being a top team will fade soon. You can't really trade it for a player that vaults you over Lebron. The best option is to hope that you pick a star and that his development coincides with Lebron's decline. Can you keep the rest of the roster good enough in the 4-5 years that will take?

Even though they were the top seed, they clearly aren't a top team. Struggled with Chicago and Washington, getting their arse completely dominated by Cleveland.

Griffin is an unrestricted free agent this Summer. And why would you want to acquire two parts of that core?

Only thing I came up with to get them even close....Celts should trade Isaiah, Bradley, and the #1 pick for Anthony Davis, then sign Gordon Hayward and JJ Redick and get Jaylon Brown on HGH to grow up fast and only guard LeBron ...still have Brooklyns pick next year too..

Yeah. If you don't think you're beating LeBron now, why trade the pick for a guy that would put you in "win now" mode.

Keep the pick and keep building.
