The America we grew up in is growing progressively more liberal with each passing day. A new order is emerging. More multicultural, more progressive, more inclusive. A new order that has cannabis and psychedelics as it's sacraments to help open our third eye and lead us onward into the brave new world of the 21st century. The old world and it's bankrupt institutions are crumbling before our very eyes. The old political, religious, social, and financial order is breaking down to enable something more enlightened and organic to take it's place. A society that is less hierarchical and patriarchal. A society more multicultural and feminine. It is upon us. There is no going back to even the world of ten years ago. It does not bode well for religious and social conservatives. That rigid way of thinking is about to be dead and buried.

True, and it makes me sad. This is one of the primary reasons why I voted for Trump. In that infamous FOX debate where Megyn Kelly called out Trump for name-calling women, most people thought that was the most memorable moment of the debate.
Not me. I loved it when Trump said, a couple of minutes later, "I don't have time for political correctness." I had been waiting for 25 years to hear a politician flush the phony, agenda-driven concept down the toilet (where it belongs).
Does anybody really look at these left-wing loons like Ashley Judd, Michael Moore, Joy Behar, etc. and truly believe they have the best ideas of where this country should be heading? Seriously?

Naw, chief. Mom's pill cabinet is much easier to get to.
I know plenty of quality, ethical, morally driven, responsible folks that will dabble in some weed and shrooms. These goods aren't doing the damage to youth to create this beast. Mdma, heroin, and pills are the soothsayers and deacons of the prog church.

And yes - it's been an almost invisible progression over the last 8 years to the point where even the staunchest conservative feels a bit squirmish when Trump hits the rudder for an overdue course change.
There is no going back to even the world of ten years ago.
Ever notice when you walk into a bathroom with foul odor or cigarette smoke lingering in the air? If you stay in there long enough, you acclimate to it and it begins to smell "normal". Only when you go to another room do you realize where you've been.

How do these two even make it in the same post?

A new day is here. The babies you are holding today will be the most conservative generation in 50 years

I assume you view this as a positive?

Look, I'm all about people being free to put whatever they want into their bodies but if you need cannabis, psychedelics or any other mind altering substance in order for your ideology to make sense then there's something wrong with that ideology. Sounds cultish to me.

ALl old frickers have said something to this effect since the dawn of man...and there is a lot of truth in it...there is no going back...man has marched toward progress since he first stood erect and said..."damn, the view from up here is much better....but my back hurts like hell.....".
This is not to say that the march has not seen some setbacks and momentary reversals...and I think we are on a minor one as we speak...there is nothing at all good which will emerge from the Western World's sudden interest in nationalism and white supremacy....but the die is cast...when white people became more enamored with property than anything else the die was cast....because people who aren't white are fricking like bunnies and demographics simply do not favor white folks much longer...we had a good run and did some good things...but it is coming to an end....and the nationalism in the west is one of the first final dying struggles...
