Never even noticed that there was a thread for crypto on here.
I'm currently holding large quantities of:
Dashcoin
Dogecoin
Blackcoin
Synereo
Invested in Dcorp ICO
and have some smaller quantities of a variety of other coins.
I feel like there are still some winners in upcoming ICOs but it is becoming overwhelming trying to keep up with all of them.

Import your data and have it go right to uncle Sam?

I taking a little more than 1% on this rally, gradually moving my stop up as it continues to run, currently would stop out at 248 and entered at 238, and I already had my 1% gain for the day before that.

Nice.
I just invested with a couple of computer nerds to build a massive mining rig.
What a time to be alive.

Will coinbase provide a year end tax document for trading activities?

Digital currency widget at the app store... I track 16 at a time, takes up only 1 page on my phone. Different altcoins at all the larger exchanges.

I was more referring to all of the new coins with upcoming ICOs. It can be hard sorted through all the bullshite to find promising coins and not just developers looking to flip a quick profit.

It's not gonna be worth it bc of electricity cost. Good luck finding a quality graphics card right now

I've been using that. Mr Smiths spreadsheet was getting too hard to keep up with.

Yep. Me and my brother met today and ran numbers and didn't find it to be worth it for us to get into

Not sure that's why I moved into cointracking
They do.
They do.

Can someone explain to me how to execute (correctly) limits and stops. I'm new to this and I fricked it up earlier.
For example, if I want to sell my ETH if the price drops below $260, what would I need?

So I just signed up for cointracking. Entered in all my trade CSV's from coinbase, polo, and gdax which are the three sites I've used. At the end it said I had around 72 bitcoin which is nowhere close to correct as I've never even had bitcoin. Obviously I did something wrong. Anyone have any problems like this? Should I try it again?

Everything was to T for mine including manually entered Golem from Exodus.

Sorry for your loss, presumably, but this cracks me up.

Not sure what options are available on which exchange, but you'd enter a stop order, or a stop-limit order. The stop price is the price when the order becomes actionable, so a $260 stop order becomes a market sell order if the price gets to $260. A stop limit order has a stop price, $260, and a limit price, usually $260 as well. If the price gets to $260, you're going to try to sell your ETH for at least l $260, but you won't accept any less than that. It is possible the price could continue to fall and you're not going to be able to sell at $260, but the order will be there trying to be filled.
A regular stop order becomes a market order once the stop is reached, so if ETH falls to $240 and never really trades at $260, you could end up selling much lower than $260.
An experienced crypto guy can add what options are feasible specific to crypto. A stop limit order probably didn't execute during the flash crash the other day, which would have been a problem is the price stayed so low, but it also kept you from liquidating for $100 by accident as well.

That happened to me too. Make sure your currencies are correct when your CSV loads up. Check it all before submitting.
