Job Dilemma: UMC vs. Ochsner

Hey y'all!
It looks like I'll be moving to NOLA soon and have two nursing job offers with UMC and Ochsner. They both pay about the same and the commute is negligible for where I plan to live.
I've heard great things about both places, but does anyone here have experience working at either one?

Go with UMC, that way when you're shot in the quarter they'll give you preferential treatment because you work there

My wife works for Ocshner. Good company, it was better before the big O took em over though.

UMC--more doctors and potential doctors/med students to hook up with.
Oschner--if you hook up with a fellow or attending, you won't have to wait several years for the money.
Clientele at Oschener will be more demanding but more compliant with your recommendations.
Clientele at UMC will be less in the middle of the bell curve. Either super appreciative of your service, or bitching about everything and non-compliant.
