eh there are cultural and economic explanations
1. urban black culture just values aggression more than white-rural or black-rural culture. i'd imagine your crime issues (of similar SES areas) are similar among white and black rural populations and both are much less than black-urban areas
2. urban areas are more concentrated which creates geographical issues with black market endeavors. this leads to more violence as a solution (because state-based solutions are off the table, because, black market)

Africa had less domesticateable animals, and crops which didn't lend itself to larger civilizations (aside from northern Africa).

Yes luck plays a large role in thing. Hell the Mongolian empire would have wiped out most of Eastern Europe had Ghengis Khan not died and Subutai had to lead his forces back to Mongolia to elect a new Khan (the same with most of Russia and Ogedei leading his forces back)
but even on the micro scale; if my parents hadn't made it out of india and had good jobs to help support me through school i don't know if i'd be a doctor; if they were poor and in the slums in india i would probably working on the street as a vendor or something. luck matters a lot.

You can't get a job because you're a felon. You sell drugs.
You can't file a police report when someone wrongs you, so street justice. Rinse repeat.
This has far more to do with the plight of the poor urbanites in this country than genetics

My father went to work in the coal mines when he was still a kid. Until he was 18 and hooked up with a guy named General Patton fighting Rommel in North Africa. Then he got to fight his way across Europe liberating Rome, Palermo and a few dozen other places along the way.
My mother paid her way through school working at the Krystal so she could own her own business for 50 years.
My uncles all paid their way through school after they got back from WWII. Attorney, Secret Service Agent, Cost Accountant, and business owner.
That was their "White Privilege".
Black Failure is the problem. Not White Privilege.

yes, because of the Flynn Effect
if you want to think about things in a very scary manner, within America there is a huge chasm developing in terms of intellectual development. the underclass is possibly in a rut that they'll never be able to emerge from

oh i agree
i've said many times that the WOD may be worse than slavery in terms of how many millions it has sapped economic value from (and then skewed the outcomes of the progeny of these YBMs). it's the most racist policy ever and it's shocking to me that ending the WOD doesn't get more support (but i know why...religion)
