So people who don't think like the majority are dumb?

I can think things that 99% of the population may do as being weird.

So you don't look down on them, you just think they're unpleasant?

And you would be by definition wrong

But, nobody cares about the meaning of words anymore anyway

Yea, that isn't close to being true. The only thing that could apply to is eating.

Neither are weird.

Don't you think people who just "count the rings" are weird? They're certainly the majority.

I should say a direct effect. Yes, you choosing not to have kids could upset and depress your family, the same as suicide could.

Your reading comprehension is atrocious. Are you dumb?

I think they are stupid, not weird.

Words have actual meanings

I'd say suicide and not eating(which is also suicide actually) affect a lot of people. I don't really understand your question though, to be honest.

If the question is "do you think unpleasant people are unpleasant without generally looking down on them as inferior?" the answer is yes.

I don't have a problem with people not having children, but speaking for my parents, I can't imagine their life at this point would be nearly as fulfilling without us and their grandchildren. They are mid 60's.

It isnt a question. Having kids and procreating is needed for the survival of humans.

Therefore, we as a whole, will look down upon choosing not to do so.

I am not sure how that is controversial or confusing.....

False premise. In fact it's apparently the in thing to do for Caucasians; you need only look at what's going on in Europe and the U.S. in terms of birthrate comparisons between Caucasians vs minorities.

You get miffed and intentionally accuse people of things you know to be false.

Have you ever been around a married couple in their 40's that chose to not have kids? Selfish, narcissistic, immature, boring, never wrong, etc. Just terrible people all around.

oh they're still useful. Just may not be worth the investment. I wish I'd had one or two when I had surgery and couldn't do yard work for six weeks. But I can hire that shite out cheaper than paying for a kid from 0-18YO.

As a whole, I will say this is my experience as well.

Not always, but most of the time.
