I have little to add to this thread, but I do approve of the trade.

Additionally, I would just like to say that Boom is the kind of provocateur that this site needs. A common foe for the stable-minded, if you will.

Lou is pretty good. Not what the Rockets needed IMO.

maybe they are worried about Gordon staying healthy.

this is the most basketball he has played in years.

Yeah that was a great series and a tough loss to the eventual champs in the next series. CC definitely primed themselves for a huge year the following season.

Imagine Davis trying to guard JH on the perimeter in that Lineup

Same could have been said about Eric Gordon not long ago

Not better. Eric Gordon and his knee surgeries weren't a high value just a couple years ago.

Eric Gordon as a pel = not much value

As soon as he signed with a winning organIzation we see his value. 6th man of the year on a top 3 seed.

They got rid of Corey Brewer. That's exactly what they needed.

Adding a pretty good player who has another year on his contract is gravy.

I like to think of him as the Moriarty to my Sherlock.

We're clearly the two greatest basketball minds on the MSB.

That lineup would give up 160.

Yea that's what people said when CC signed Gordon and Anderson and here we are 70% through the season and CC is an above average defense. What the simpletons who thought CC defense would be bad don't understand is that effort and scheme/team defense outweighs individual defensive talent.

3 is greater than 2 at last glance. Pels quite frankly wouldn't be able to keep up.
