Issue has been managed, they just had a press conference.
Another Trump failure. Bush was much better at planting explosives on a flood control structure than Trump.

Why didn't Obama reinforce it while he was President? He had 8 frickin years to do it
Seems like that was a perfect example of a shovel ready job.

Fake news?! It's an imminent catastrophe! The top 30 feet of the dam is likely to fail. The town of Oroville and surrounding areas are in dire straights

Rachel Maddow did a story on this dam two days ago saying it could be a big deal. Just sayin'

Nah, they do frequent drills and have never had water reach the emergency spillway in the 40+ years since it's been built.
Additionally it's only been about 2 hours since initial notice, so getting the word out and fast would have been tough.
The first evacuation warning was also stating it could fail within the hour, need to get people going fast.
Like earlier post stated though, it's not an issue any longer as they've significantly decreased water levels rapidly by opening the main release to 100,000 cubic ft per second

Let me add this because JEFF FaFA needs an answer to the Question on why this is on the political board (because maybe somebody has not gotten the message and I'm trying to spread the word)... So To make Jeff FaFa happy.. What are those liberal fricktards in CALI going to do.... Ask TRuMP for help after all they have done in CALI??? Better Jeff??? Fafa?

I think California is about to get on board with Trump's trillion dollar infrastructure plan.

Now they are monitoring the effects of the release in Sacramento
[quote]Effect on Sacramento? Sacramento emergency officials are monitoring impact of Oroville Dam emergency Sacramento County emergency services officials say they are assessing what, if any, impact the Oroville Dam situation may have on Sacamento. “We are aware of the situation in Oroville and will continue to monitor for any impacts it may have on Sacramento County,” authorities said in a tweet.
