I get it every now and then and it's fricking miserable and painful

physical therapy and forearm stretches

rub some Horse and Mane on it. It will go away but you'll have a chemical taste in your mouth and make see hoof growth beginning.

I had tennis elbow a few years back from pulling too many teeth.

I got this band at the pharmacy that helped a great deal. It puts pressure on the group of tendons that is the source of the pain. Ice it down regularly, take ibuprofen and avoid the activity that caused it and it should heal up in a few months.

This, plus an elbow-support brace like the one pictured above, worked for me. My shot was several months ago and I've experienced no pain since.

Just get the arm band at CVS and wear it all the time. It will heal on its own while you wear the band. It wont hurt while the band is on either.
