I wear one like this where I can dial the part of the brace down as tight as I want to put pressure on the forearm, muscles, ligaments etc....

but you need to get a PT to message your arm and get it all untangled

Just get the arm band at CVS and wear it all the time. It will heal on its own while you wear the band. It wont hurt while the band is on either.

This. They have them at Walgreens too. Simple and 100% effective treatment.

I've had it twice bad. I'll be honest, the only thing that worked was being very conscious about it when carrying or picking up on stuff, and basically staying off of it for a few months. If you naturally grab or pick up with that arm just use he other one and really limit what you do with the bad arm. It had worked twice.

I had it in both elbows but got it playing golf. Cortisone shots help but hurt like hell the 1st 24 hours. There is supposed to be a minor surgery that can get rid of the pain altogether.

I've only had it once after a 3 hr tennis match (and I don't play very often). It took a month or two to completely go away. I googled simple exercises for tennis elbow and I think they helped but it's probably one of those injuries that just takes time.

Do the exercises but don't overdo things that make it worse.

Was getting cortisone shots regularly until they quit working. Had surgery about 4 years ago and no problems since.

How long did it take to recover to no pain?

I had surgery which helped but it still flares up with too much exertion but it calms down. I had both elbows done at different times. The surgeon says he wished he had done both the medial and lateral epicondilitis at the same time. Tennis elbow wraps do help too.

If I remember correctly the pain after surgery may have been a few weeks but it was intense for a while. Getting full extension of my arm was longer. They actually cut the inflamed portion of the tendon out and re-attach.

Airrosti works wonders on tennis elbow but they do not have locations in every state. I had tendinitis from pitching after 2 sessions I was good to throw again.

Thanks guys. I didn't really want to do the injection because I assumed it just masked the pain. Doc pro finally prescribed rest and Naproxin.... it hasn't helped..
I got a brace with the little dial on it and it hasn't really helped either.

I guess I'll go with the injection
