1. Avoid what causes the pain

2. NSAIDS

3. Wrist brace for around 6 weeks.

Go with CosaminDS. I started feeling better in 2 weeks.

Also got one of those elbow wraps from Wal-Greens.

My "weed eater" elbow is so bad that I can't even straighten my arm out. The pain has gone down considerably. Going on two years.

Theraband flexbar

I ordered this last weekend. Started using it on Sunday. Already seeing reduced pain in my golfers elbow.and strengthened forearm. I've had to take 6 weeks off from lifting weights with upper body. Today I went back in and did some chest and tris wearing the strap on my forearm and got through the workout fine. Not 100%gone yet but I can see this eradicating the pain completely within 2-3 weeks. Thanks for the recc.

Once I cut back on masturbating, my tennis elbow cleared up.

Don't stop using it once the pain subsides. I always forget once it no longer hurts and the pain will slowly come back.

Flexbar worked for me too. Follow the directions and use it for a couple of weeks.
