My buddy's dog got attacked by an hawk today.

Let the dog out to piss and a hawk swooped down and grabbed him. Ripped his chest up good and tried to fly away with him. Poor lil fella. He's a 13 year old chihuahua. Happened in Shenandoah. He's ok after surgery.

When my dog was a pup, one night an owl was flying down towards him.. I had to yell and get by my dog so that thing wouldn't pick him up..

Yeah I see giant birds of prey flying around SE BR all day. And giant carrion types as well.

At age 15 my pet iguana got taken by a damn red tail hawk in front of me while I had it chilling on a tree limb. This happened in TLAWO btw.
