I think most actors/actresses irl would be underwhelming. But good ones seem to have the "it" factor.

I think Katie Holmes is the only actress I have ever seen in person.
I saw her at the Mall of La. when Tom was in BR filming a movie. She looked like trailer park trash. I also didn't like the fact that she didn't interact with her daughter. Suri and the nanny were interacting and Katie just looked mad at the world.
Of course, just a few months later she left Tom Cruise.

I clicked on this thread to say Demi Moore. Ate at the table next to hers when she was filming in Shreveport. She looked so bad it took a few minutes to convince myself it was her.

Saw Cameron Diaz in Vegas once. Didn't get close enough to verify but she looked like she smelled of BO. Not even in the same universe as The Mask version of her.
