Although spinners have been banned on public ground here in AR, I believe this thing will look damn good in our fields IMO. That flyby looks awesome.

Wouldn't those fall under the spinner ban as well?

Do they float? I'm assuming they would have too but they look like they wouldn't. Will look really good in my 300 decoy spread on the lake not sure how good they would look in 2 dozen in a pot hole though

I hunted over them Friday - the teal decoyed very nicely.

This property was swarming with Teal for the first hour of shooting time, prob could have had hydrogen peroxide bottles as your blocks and had similar results.

Saw those not too long ago. Look damn good!

Out of curiosity and I guess my ignorance, why are spinners banned on public land in AR?

On the ban:

quote:

many hunters on public land, in particular, felt like their hunting was being unfairly impacted by the decoys. There are a lot of things beyond our control when hunting, but spinning-wing decoys seemed to cause a lot of ill feelings and lessened the quality of hunting in their opinions.”

Mach correct me if Im wrong but is it now all public land or just The Metro and Black River WMA?
