Is it the greatest Finals showing by a single player ever?

The only competition I can come up with is the 1993 series where Jordan went 42, 44, 55 and 41 in games 2-5. Lebron is averaging more rebounds and assists over the last two however than MJ did in that series.

I'd tend to say it would be #2 but still amazing.

Who knows, but at the end of the day, neither MJ or LeBron are married to Ayesha Curry, so that's a plus.

Jordan averaged over 33 shots per game in that series.

James hasn't even shot over 30 in a game yet.

It's close, if not better.

Lebron leads all players in points, rebounds, assists, blocks, steals. And all this against a 73 win team.

I think it has to be.

Considering it will be against a unanimous MVP, the historically best team (record-wise), and they were down 3-1.

I've always been a Jordan supporter, but what LeBron is doing is truly something to see.

MJ in 93 was the most dominating performance and still will be unless Lebron goes for 50+ with a triple double in the win.. Lebron will have the best MVP of the two finals (93 vs 16) if they pull out Sunday

No team has EVER come back from 3-1 down in the NBA finals to win the championship. A few have come back to take it to a game seven. If the Cavs are able to pull out a miracle, then yes, this is one of the greatest finals ever, if only for the fact they came back from 3-1 down. Add to that the Cleveland championship drought and the Lebron factor, it's hard to argue that it wouldn't be one of the greatest finals.

It would be one of the best performances in Finals history for sure - and render completely forgotten that he really didn't play very well for the first two or three games of the series.

Who wins will determine everything about how Lebron's '16 series is remembered. Win and he goes down as an ultimate dragon slayer AND makes up for his poor performance against Dallas. Lose and his games 5 and 6 are no more relevant than his great performance in last year's finals.

If he brings a championship to the wasteland known as Cleveland, it's the GOAT.

Seriously... it's Cleveland. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.
