Are Quest Bars Really This Healthy?

So I was perusing the snack/protein bar section, and I ran across these Quest bars. They say they have 20g of protein, 15g of fiber and less than 1g of sugar. I bought one to see if it tasted like burnt arse, and it's actually pretty good.
I'm trying to cutback my sugar intake so I'm wondering if this is some Godsend, or if it's cheating the nutritional facts somehow.
Appreciate the help!

Healthy is a relative term. Take a look at the ingredients.
And if you are trying to eat keto, be aware that many sugar substitutes such as the sugar alcohols in Quest bars can cause an insulin spike.

Healthy is relative as said above.
They're certainly the best "low carb" protein bar. They are sweetened now with corn fiber, but previous iterations used IMO (isomalto-ogliccosaccharides) fiber, and those tasted even better. They use combination of sucralose, lo han guo, erythritol and stevia as well. They avoid any of the bad sugar alcohols like maltitol, mannitol, isomalt that most commercial "sugar-free/no-sugar added" products use.

I've been on these Mission1 bars lately. They taste absolutely God awful, but they fill you up pretty good and they're damn healthy.

I've been looking for them. Where did you find them? This Nutritionist (NOLA.com web site) recommended them as a healthy late night snack. LINK

Have a buddy who eats these like they're fricking gold. Eats at least two of the chocolate chip cookie dough bars a day.
