Highlander and there's not a close second on your list.

My buddy had a rental Arcadia and it was ok and at least looked better than the rest of the ones you listed. If it was me and I was stuck with your budget I would get a 2012-13 Grand Cherokee or Lexus RX instead of a 2014-15 model of any of those.

Take a look at the 2016 KIA Sorento, good mileage, great warranty and reasonably priced.

Bought a used 2014 Pathfinder S,8K miles about a month ago. Took it on a trip to Tennessee and back and averaged 24mpg with the very peppy 3.5L v6. 3rd row seating (kinda small, but enough for kids). CVT transmission was smooth. Handled very well in the mountains. Extremely quiet. Paid $24K. Good luck finding a Highlander with low mileage for anywhere near that.

My wife has a 2014 Santa Fe fully loaded with a V6. GREAT vehicle so far with 30,000 miles on the clock.

If I were you I would buy the highlander. And if I was considering a different vehicle in the class if look at an Explorer.

I had a 2010 Highlander, it's gone now. The powertrain was fine, but the interior was horrible, very cheaply made.
Within one year the radio went out.
The door arm rests on both front doors caved in.
The rear AC needed work a few years later.
The center arm rest cracked up and begin to deteriorate.
The driver side sun visor broke/ fell down (and they charge a fortune to fix this)

Wife drives an Acadia, nice ride, and roomy. We have 2 kids under 3 and plenty of room for all of their junk. Decent towing capacity too, pulls my 17' bass boat.

Got a 2016 pilot and it has been my favorite vehicle. Smooth, powerful and tons of space with a legitimate third row for a mid sized vehicle. I would consider the highlander out of your list too.

A Highlander or a Ford Edge.

I've driven most of these size vehicles as rentals and I like the Traverse more than any of them as far as value and options for the size of the car. The Acadia is similar. The Enclave to me doesn't add enough to justify the extra cost. The highlander has far less leg room than the others.

Highlander
Pathfinder
Acadia
Santa Fe
The used market will price them roughly like that as well.
Moral: You get what you pay for.
