Used from a 2014 or 2015. Seems like highlander and acadia are similar in price and the others are cheaper. I'm partial to the highlander but don't know anything about the others.

Family member has an Acadia. It's pretty nice, and a lot roomier than it looks.

Got a 2012 Sante Fe. Love the vehicle. Good amount of space. Nice pick up. Drives pretty smooth. Good gas mileage at 27 hwy/20 city.

But when I was looking a was looking at the Acadia real hard.

If you want to spend the money you can't go wrong with a 4runner.

Highlander and it isn't even close. We just bought a 2016 Highlander and it is great.

I think they are all on car platforms now (pathfinder used to be in the 4Runner category but I think they switched over to the car chassis a few years before '14). To answer your question, probably the highlander, followed by the Santa Fe/pathfinder. I know someone with the Buick Enclave (higher end version of the Acadia), who has had all sorts of trouble.

This is important for us since we commute to work 30 min to 1 hr one way.

Highlander- HIGHEST RATED

Acadia- Larger Good vehicle but still a GM product

Santa fe- don't even consider

Pathfinder not rated as well as Murano but larger

Did you consider Honda Pilot?

The wife unit got an Acadia last year I like it. We went to the beach today coolers kids and dog plenty of room. Gas mileage could be better but frick I drive a z-71 so hey could be worse. Anyway she likes it no problems so far and the ground clearance is a plus getting to the hunting camp.

Don't know anything about the Pilots either. Should have added them to the list. Seem like a good vehicle.

This and it's not even an objective debate.

Highlander gets my vote too. The early Acadias had a lot of problems. Not sure if they ironed all that out

I've owned a pathfinder and an Acadia. Been in a highlander also. I would choose the highlander after being in those 3. More room and built better. I owned an enclave too. Both the Acadia and enclave had clicking/rattling in the dash and window pillars that drove me nuts

Highlander.

Acadia has a poor reliability history.

Pretty much sums up my experience. The new body style looks sharp. The only thing I really hated about ours were the Kumho tires that come stock. We put new tires on it at Xmas, and it really makes ithe Santa Fe a good car to drive.

Pass on the Acadia. My in laws have one and it spends more time in the shop than on the road.
