I'm thinking about going to the doctor and letting him check my blood levels. I don't feel like I have any energy at the gym anymore. It kinda scares me though.

Yes...I took the tabs for under your tongue. If you ever go down on Mrs. Jvilleiger25, then I suggest you not go this route...

Are you overtraining? Getting enough sleep? Staying hydrated? Eating right? Drinking too much?

There are a lot of other things to consider before assuming it's low testosterone. Do you have any symptoms of low T?

How old are you? It's perfectly normal for your hormone levels to gradually taper off once you hit 40.

I would be more scared of a diminishing sex drive rather than a decrease in energy.

35 is still pretty young, it's possible but doubt your lethargy is from low testosterone.

And if you go that route, just spend the cash on one of those "anti-aging" clinics. Your GP won't give you juice unless you are way low on your levels. You can walk into one of those clinics and "I'm tired and fat" and they'll juice you up.

The scariest part about low testosterone, besides getting stuck with needles at every check up, is that it can happen to anyone. It's a lot like cancer. One day you have energy in the gym and you enjoy pleasuring your woman, and bam, the next you're all tired at the gym and you start liking to watch young guys bang your wife. Then depression kicks in and you don't even enjoy watching her getting banged anymore, but you're pretty sure she didn't stop like she said she did. She's just going to their place instead. Yep, it's a lot like cancer in that regard.

you are likely deficient in cell salts

it's a way simpler fix than the drama of testosterone

quote:

The Biochemic Theory

Cell Salts, tissue salts and mineral salts are all names used to describe the 12 biochemic remedies of Dr. W.H. Schuessler. Dr. Schuessler derived these remedies based on his own theory of biochemic medicine. Simply put, Schuessler's Biochemic Theory integrates the knowledge of the human body's cellular structure and the use of mineral salts, or cell salts as a system of medicine to fortify and energize the cells.

The foundation of Schuessler's theory is based on the scientific understanding that the human body is made of an enormous number of microscopic, living cells. Each cell is made up of three classes of materials: water, organic materials (sugars and fats) and inorganic matter (minerals). Even though water and organic matter make up a greater portion of living cells, inorganic matter is vitally important. Since the life of living cells is relatively short, the creation of new cells depends on the presence of minerals. Mineral deficiencies will inhibit the proper functioning of living cells.

Schuessler devised a system of "cellular therapeutics" he called Biochemistry to prevent and address ailments caused by mineral imbalances. He utilized homeopathic doses of minerals in order to penetrate and fortify living cells with vital nutritional elements. Based on Schuessler's theory and practice, we can describe homeopathic cell salts not only as remedies that treat ailments, but as support remedies that provide a foundation to help you maintain balance and better health.

ever since loading up on these, to make up for losses, I feel great

it's just basic biochemistry

Another note here...

If you get tested and go down the road of T supplementation, you had better be sure you are comfortable doing it forever.

There is a chance that taking T will downregulate your body's own T production, so you might need it going forward.

As a 35yr old, that's a ton of years to supplement.

I'd look into all natural and lifestyle choices first (sleep, alcohol, food, etc).

I currently am. Do not, and let me repeat again, DO NOT go to a low T center or some other corner doc that markets low T solutions. You need to go to a hormone specialist or endocrinologist. There are so many other factors that need to be looked at than just low T. Estradiol levels, cortisol levels (for adrenal fatigue), etc. There are so many things that need to be taken into acct when taking testosterone replacement. You will jack yourself up if not done properly.

I've heard to NEVER take oral testosterone. If anything, use the underarm roll on stuff.

You can also try several supplements that are proven to increase teste level. Fish oil, zinc, vitamin d, just off the top of my head

Yes I took some which was a gel I rubbed on my shoulders. I'm almost 40 and was feeling sluggish for a while, got labs done and my testosterone was way low.

Used it, felt better, everything back to good now.
