Dude, you really need to figure out how to get these VHS videos onto Youtube! You'll quickly be rivaling RNolan53 (before all his videos were taken down).

I was in Korea when this game was played, so this is the first chance that I've had to see this. You have my eternal gratitude. I'll personally see to it that you are spared when the coming revolution arises.

Thanks also south end zone. Game ended with 2 seconds on the clock, did not kick off after touchdown. Tigers were lined up but for sure fight would have started again.

'84 USC game

I was at this Tulame game and the USC game in '84. The Tulane game was more exciting. If I remember correctly, the only excitement in the USC game was when Dalton fumbled away the ball after a long opening drive. After that, the game was never in question.

My bro-in-law is good friends with Shawn. Apparently he's still a badass today.

Melvin Cormier of Tulane started the fight. Wally English, their HC was a piece of shite and probably encouraged it. Interesting thing is English and Arnsparger coached together with the Dolphins, English the OC and Arns the DC.
I remember the Tulane team running off the field celebrating even though they got their asses whipped.

my best friend's dad was a student at LSU when the 1938 Tulane game ended in a huge crowd fight in the South End Zone. There was a sugar cane field just outside the stadium and it was VERY cold for the game. He said there were people pulling Sugar Cane out of the ground and whacking each other with it

If I remember correctly, the only excitement in the USC game was when Dalton fumbled away the ball after a long opening drive.

close it was a VERY rare fumble by Eric Martin, USC kicked FG and we never looked back 23-3, made SI next week for the win, "The Lunch Bunch has gone mean and lean" talked about hos O line got fat in 1983 and Bill A got them to lose weight before 84. A solid season, tied UF after being down 14-0 in Gville and Juan B missed two FG's that could have won it, beat bama in bham,

I was there. One of the crazier endings to an LSU game.

I was at that game. I was a freshman in TGBFTL.

Thank you for posting this. I've never seen any video of that incident.

I was 18 and there in the SE corner upper with two buddies. We had brought in some baggies filled with Jim Beam and commenced to drinking them well before kickoff. All I really remember of the fight is that I jumped up on the metal bleacher seat in front of me and started going crazy. Next thing I knew I tumbled down two rows in front of me. One of my friends told me the next day that I pretty much took out an older woman from behind when I fell, which I very vaguely remembered.

So if she happens to be the mother or grandmother of any of you fockers, please tell her I apologize.
