The kicker's jersey hung off of him like a new Easter dress purchased for a "growing" girl.
It appears that a Tulane player rushed the center, instigating the fight; though he might not have been the initial catalyst.
Also, you might consider a USB video capture card in order to save (or upload to YouTube!) your favorite memories.

I was at the game. My buddy and I got into a shoving match on the way back to the car (he was a big Tulane fan). Also he must have taken TU + the points because he went ape shite when Martin scored the final TD. That was a fond memory, thanks for the post!

I love this kind of stuff. I believe sports rivalries should have a little bit of hate mixed in them; not too much, but just enough to keep the fires stoked. Nowadays things are so watered down, except for the gumps who take this kind of shite way too far.

I remember listening to one of the post game shows and someone gave Shawn Burks tackles, "and Shawn Burks had 9 tackles, 11 if you count the two guys he took out in the fight in the endzone", something like that anyway.

Although there may have been a fight in the video you posted, I can't get past how good that throw was. 32 years later, we can't pass the ball for shite.
