There's players that were lazy, and some just didn't have it mentally. Every sport has a significant portion that is mental.

Jamarcus Russell has a howitzer for an arm, but was lazy AND didn't have it between the ears.

Troy Williamson - Vikings drafted him #7 overall with the pick the traded Moss for.
