I have a few but none creep me out more than '1408'.

You can't be serious. The movie about the haunted hotel room?

Try watching the origional Evil Dead or the Hills Have Eyes.

Even The Exorcist is scarier than 1408.

It always got me because I hate fricking clowns. Poltergeist was another one for me, but I was tiny when I watched it. Probably why I hate clowns.

The Grudge fricks me up every time.

I remember watching the Ring for the first time in a theater and it scaring the shite out of me.

Grudge was worse, still don't like to watch that shite.

For me it's Insidious. I'm not saying it's the best horror movie, but to me it is the scariest.

Difference between favorite and scariest.

My favorite scary movie is one that doesn't scare me but it's classified as a horror movie and that's Scream. I can watch it anytime it's on.

But the one movie I don't frick with because it's just that scary?

This scared the shite out of me as a kid. Recently watched it again and was disappointed to see that it didn't hold up.
