In the future, say labor day, when you have an opportunity to go home let you DAD know you're going to have to skip coming home because of the crazy crap MOM pulled while you were out for summer. When you have to go home for Christmas, always arrange to leave your vehicle at wally world or a buddies house if you plan on drinking so that she can't come and get it. That is of course after you get your keys back. You do that by saying your back pack was stolen on campus and you need your spare keys. Everything you do, tell your DAD straight up - if he's cool. A man will understand. Good luck with all that

If he was smart, he would just buy a steering wheel lock and put it on his moms car

Thanks, I was just messing with him though. I will say this though, the part about looking in the casket, that comes from what I thought about when I looked at my mom (grandmother) in her casket. So while the post was made a a joke, you can kind of take it as a warning of sorts as well.

Disappear for a while and when she finally calls for her "baby" tell her you're at the dealership buying a vehicle in your own name.

Can't afford the insurance and the truck note? Consider this a valuable lesson about living within your means.

Better be nice to your moms. When they're gone, there's no worse feeling than regret. Especially with your mom.

The only way to get legit answers here is to show pics of said mother. Also some of your sisters if you have any.

It won't get any better young lad. I'm 39, my mother asked my wife of 16 years why she spends all MY money.
OMFG.

I'm so glad my parents are awesome. My mother and my wife were closer then my wife and her own mother.

OP, it's bullshite that they are treating you like a 16 year old, but honestly, if you're still at home, you are subject to this kind of mom BS.
