Just talking about at his best and to make it easy there's a time period, 90-present.

I think I may take Kevin Brown. The sinker he threw was unhittable.

Although Johnson, Pedro, etc are all great picks. I think Brown was just filthy and he rarely gave up much when on.

Serious answer would be Pedro.

Kevin Brown was my favorite pitcher to watch. But I'd go with Randy Johnson.

Curt Schilling without a doubt. He's easily the best postseason pitcher I've seen in my lifetime. The man has a 11-2 record with a 2.23 ERA and whip under 1 in the postseason. I'll take Schilling over everybody from the last 25 years in a big game.

Pedro, Maddux, Clemens, or Johnson.

If I was facing a lefty heavy lineup, then The Big Unit for sure.

I couldn't stand him, but Maddux from about 92-96. He was unhittable. Of course, he and Glavine both got help from the umps giving them 6 inches off the plate.

'99/'00 Pedro is the answer.

Yes, late '90s Kevin Brown was fantastic with that unhittable sinker. Pedro threw four, FOUR unhittable pitches! He was like a goddamn cheat code at his peak.

Depends on the lineup he's going against. Can't go wrong with Smoltz, Schilling, Johnson, Pedro, Maddux or a handful of other guys.
