the flounder look like they are from a "jubilee" not a red tide.

Looks like a jubilee to me, I was down in grand isle a few years back and the same thing happened and I was told it was a jubilee. It is to my understanding that if it were a red tide the water would have an amber or red tint to it, that water looks pretty normal to me.

Just my 2 cents..
