Hypoxia(red tide) taking over Mississippi beaches

Where are the redfish pictures?

Looks like a jubilee to me, I was down in grand isle a few years back and the same thing happened and I was told it was a jubilee. It is to my understanding that if it were a red tide the water would have an amber or red tint to it, that water looks pretty normal to me.
