It's not that bad--I.e. It's not that roughly $550 million went missing. Jindal was trying to posture as taking a hard line on budget cuts. One of the easiest places for the Louisiana legislature to cut budget is higher ed and Medicare. Basically he used LA's higher education budget as toilet paper so he can go up to Iowa or Ohio in 2016 and talk about how much he tried to cut spending.

The damage can be fixed with a little money. Here are some fund raising proposals:

-Have Les teach a combined greens juicing and lawn care course.

-Rent out their team vote mechanism to the state to improve local politics.

-Make sure the stadium has a lead role in The Lego Movie 2.

-Rent out the space in Aggie heads to other fanbases

Seems like that is the real problem, not Bobby.

There is a reason it is setup that way. Once you discover the reason you discover the real problem.
