I'm a simple man. For the last 3 or 4 years I bring a turkey or ham on wheat, no mayo, sandwich along with a side salad for lunch.

By side salad, I mean cheapo iceberg lettuce and salad dressing.

I mix my meals up and maintain interest through the dressing I use.

Right now my go to is:

I buy the Ken's Lite Blue Cheese and mix it with vinegar. Twice as much for half the points.

If I could have whatever I wanted I'd have the thickest creamiest blue cheese I could find.

I usually mix this with some avacado and make it creamy. So good with almost no sugar.

Homemade every time. Did a tangerine vinaigrette the other day that was solid. Go-to is definitely just good olive oil + good balsamic vinager + seasonings + grated parm/asiago.

Homemade on "good" salads, but those tote-to-work quickie salads thrown together out of leftovers usually get a dose of Briana's lively lemon tarragon vinaigrette. Like dis: LINK

I make a sensation dressing with sunflower oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, and a parmesan/romano blend.

I don't buy bottled salad dressing at all. It all tastes fake and gross. I buy the Packets of good seasons greek mix or the garlic and herb and make it myself.

My favorite is the house dressing at Spahrs, especially when Gerard makes it.
