Kinda feel like I overpaid at $10.99, but Whole Foods. Then again maybe that's what it retails for everywhere.

That's about right. Believe it was $10 or $11 at the brewery.

I think that and Weekend Warrior is going to be finding themselves in my fridge more often as the days warm.

Quantum Hop is just not good to me. It has warmed and there's a noticeable alcohol burn and a real funk to it. Not in a good way. I remain disappointed by Bayou Teche. Gonna finish this bottle and move on to better things.

Love the view from Full Sail on a nice day. The mountain is in the other direction, south of you. I hope you got to see it...

Don't think I've ever had this one. Nice standard west coast IPA.

Haven't been back there in awhile. What's the crowd like? Staying busy?

Cocodrie, Miel Sauvage and Lou Garou are their really nice offerings.

I've definitely enjoyed these beers. But I'd also submit Coteau Rodaire and Teche Hombres to the list. Those are probably my favorite beers from them.

One thing I commend them for is their willingness to experiment and work with unique flavor combinations. It doesn't always work, but it sometimes it yields some really nice results. That interests me a lot more than some other local breweries that just seem content to crank out indistinguishable takes on traditional styles.

Evening gents and ladies.

Certainly not my FBD but sort of a unique one.

Bulleit barrel aged Ten FIDY from cottage hill package store.
