Fishing under a cork and hastily made the cast because I was convinced they'd stop biting if I wasn't in the water. Somehow, the cork got twisted in the line and an overhead cast became a cast into the ear. Best I've got to offer.

Buddy buried a top dog in my shoulder while Wade fishing after repeatedly asking him to get the frick away from me. Of all the hooks Ive had in me, that one was by far the worst. Hook was in tendon and it had to be pushed thru. Hurt like a mofo

My grandfather did the same thing with a Lucky 13, except it went through his ear lobe... Best ear ring ever....

On a hot trout bite down in Grand Isle, my son hooked FIL inside his mouth. How the hell that happen? Killed that bite and a trip the ER in G M.

They have a 4'x8' board with just hooks that they removed over the years from people. Thousands of them.

Duck, think fashion statement.

Actually pretty fortunate it went all the way through. Have had that happen to others on the boat before - cut barb, soak the end with hydrogen-peroxide and neosporen then back out. I know it sucked but at least you did not have to endure someone running it all the way through then citing barb etc, Get back at 'em.

Since we're sharing "stooopid" stories, ,, I'll admit to having to make the "Walk Of Shame" through the parking lot, down a few hallways and into the ER, in Liberty Texas, shirtless, with a Triple H Treble Hook Spinner Bait jinglin' off the back of my shoulder with every dang step I took.

The first time I was shooting docks for crappie I put the jig right through my thumb.

I always assumed dong was younger than 80. Especially with two young kids. He must've had them when he was 65.
