Black Sails - season finale

Holy frick!
That was so epic. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite shows on tv. The characters are really getting some depth now. The production quality is stellar. The storyline is dynamic and rich.
Flint and vane a bad arse mothafrickas who don't take no shite off nobody.
Spoilers:
Billy: "what's our target?"
Flint: "whatever's left"

The next season previews had a glimpse of a new pirate. He had a long Blackbeard and milk white eye. They might be introducing Blackbeard to the show?

Who here thinks that Flint knew that Silver was confessing as opposed to just blaming the dead fall guy?
On one hand, he'd be right to be furious at Silver. But on the other, Silver's duplicity actually gave him an easy out since he was going to have to explain the return the girl mission over forsaking the gold anyway and the gold being gone allowed him to do that without getting his throat slit.

I can't wait to see how they bring it all together...Vane nor Flint have the gold. Vane's crew mutinied him. Rackam and Max have the gold but aren't really a match for Vane and Flint. Hornigold is still a pain while giving up Eleanor. Add blackbeard and the Government armies that are coming and this series is going to get awesome if they keep going the way they are.

Vane/Flint are getting that shite with the quickness.
ETA: I'm just so happy there's no more pussyfooting around bull shite. Flint has finally accepted who he is. It was nice to see Vane's expression as Flint was accepting his true self. You could tell that is something Vane has wanted for a long time (to have Flint all-in on the pirate game and not trying to play the fence).

And they still have the inner colony of the island to deal with. The ones who are seeking to rejoin England but I can't think of his name. They will be fighting the war from land and sea.

No one saw him getting his captaincy and beating the Spanish for the gold. I thought when he came back and was telling Max about the crappy intel and having a Spanish garrison waiting for him, they were all done. Everyone underestimates Rackham and I love his character.
