Here are the facts:
Jennifer Bauer (now Bankston) is/was convicted of Indecent Behavior with Juveniles.
Philip Ziegler has been accused of Sexual Battery. No conviction of yet.
Jennifer got a plea deal. She lawyered up with Unglesby which is the same attorney for Philip.
