3-4 per week. saturday 5-8, sunday 1-2, depending on whether or not i'm doing yard work or cooking dinner
So in total
9-14
And i'm trying to cut down on my intake. It's just hard to not have 1 beer with dinner.

2-3 per week. Down from about 3-4 per day two years ago.
Cutting down on beer has helped me lose a lot of weight and get back into shape. I've become more of a wine and liquor snob now.

Are we counting a can of Rebirth and say a wine size bottle of Grand Reserve both as one beer in all these calculations?

More than I should. Haven't been able to run lately due to a bum knee, so I really need to cut the consumption. But it's hard to come home after a busy day and not have a beer or three.

yes

I'm not sure how much these answers really tell us then.

Not for me. 12oz per beer only.

Stopped drinking beer for lent.
Before that, probably 20-30 per week. Typically one happy hour during the week (5 or so beers) , and then 5-10 beers per day Friday-Sunday. More if festivals or Wednesday at the square is going on.

0-3/night during the week. A weekend, I might maintain that pace, or I might take down 5-6 bombers on a day drinking Saturday.
I don't really exercise. I probably should.

Mostly my answer. I prob average less than 3 during the week though (for the whole week). Weekend is probably between 3-8, usually more like 3-5.
Amazing how much less I drink now, really.

My beer consumption has gone down just to overall feel better. My sleep has been REALLY messed up and I know it's due to drinking every night (even if I only have a couple).
I crash hard at 9-10pm but wake up anywhere from 1am-5am and am unable to go back to sleep until right before my alarm goes off.
I don't exercise or watch what I eat much, which is probably going to end up bad eventually.

I switch to whiskey for dieting. Probably doesn't help much but leaves me less bloated.

Maybe you should try chasing your tail. It will wear you out and you will sleep like a baby.

I try to limit to 2-3 the mon-thurs span. Hardly ever on a mon or Tuesday.
Weekends can get bad though.

I just try to keep it under 20 for a week. Balance with exercise. 3-4 hours of hard cardio per week and I do a lot of walking/running with the kids.

Damn, I suddenly realize I might have a problem.

That's the thing...the really good beers also seem to pack the calories.
A few months back, I was still running anywhere from 5-12 miles each morning, so that was staving off a bit of the beer gutness.

No doubt. I calculate based on alcohol content. An example is if I have a 12oz Bigfoot I call that 2 beers. So in reality I'm only having about 15 beers a week because I don't drink light beer.

I was drinking 2 to 3 craft beers a day and started putting on weight like a mother fricker. I have now made the switch to 2 to 3 Natural Ice (i wish i was joking) a day as they have almost half the calories as a craft beer with close to the same ABV as two hearted. The only problem I've had so far is that they taste like absolute shite, So I'm probably going to throw out the rest of the this case I bought this past Saturday and try to only drink a few craft beers on the weekends.
