Well, let's see.
OP has a huge dog that lives in his back yard. Neighbor said it barks all the time. OP lives in an area where the new "nice" neighborhoods have homes that are pretty close together.
Is it really ignorance of me to suspect that the OP's dog probably barks and that it is truly a nuisance to the neighbor? I mean, I also have a neighbor with a big dog that was barking non-stop until the other neighbor kept throwing a fit about it. Police were called. Dog owner claimed that the dog rarely barks. Other neighbor recorded the dog barking at them like a maniac for 6 hour straight at night. Dog no longer sleeps outside.

You must've missed the part where:
1) dog stays inside
2) I have webcam video of her laying on couch all day silent
3) her complaint is that she barks "late into the night" whenever she is sleeping at the foot of my bed
And I guess $350k houses arent "nice" these days, but hey I'm only 25 so I still have a lot to learn

Wow. I'm not sure what to think about this thread now.
Usually owners block out their dog's barking when its outside but it annoys the frick out of everyone else. Now that you say it's inside.. well, that's interesting. Does it stay in a room that is next to your neighbor's home?

No pretty far from back yard actually.
When I confronted her about "non stop barking", she admitted it was at 3pm when cable guy showed up and it woke her up from her nap.
Stupid bitch didn't even put name or address on note, had to knock on people's doors to find her so I could be nice and proactive about it.
Next week I have complaint. I don't deny she barks if someone comes to door, but it's a 2 bark alert, not yapping

25 and a 350k house? You are doing something right.
I hate people that do not mind their own business.

I would be pissed too if you moved next to me with your annoying dog.
Most dog owners thinks that their dog "hardly barks" which means that they do bark and causes some nuisance.
Own up to your barking dog and control it.
This!!! The large dog next door to me is 20ft. from my bedroom and barks anytime my neighbors are not home...just barks at nothing at all! Even when they are home, it barks and they don't seem to hear him. Dog people!!!

Stop your dog from barking and bothering your new neighbors. Everybody wins.

Read the thread and stop looking like an idiot

This will be an on-going problem. I've thought about getting my dog a shock-collar. The barking doesn't bother me or my neighbors since our homes are pretty far apart. I recently discovered that the dog barks a lot when nobody is home (new security camera.) Sometimes the dog barks while the new baby is sleeping which pisses me off so now I'm thinking about doing something about it.
Maybe you should, too?

You'd be doing the same too, if you only knew CP3 and his record when it comes to "closing"!

You see this is why we no longer live in an HOA neighborhood. We had people watching other people like hawks.

Pet owners never smell the piss in their house and can't hear the dog barking

So yea basically I think you're an insensitive retard that doesn't know shite about taking care of dogs and is just generalizing pets from whatever very limited experience you have.
Listen young man. I've raised more animals saved more animals taking care of more animals then you could possibly ever imagine. They are still animals. I'm glad it's the hardest thing you've had to do in your whopping 29 years. That being said you saying killing a dog is the hardest thing you've done in your life says alot about your life. This thread is full of opinions. Some that agree with yours some that agree with mine. That's called life but obviously you haven't learned that in your 29 years. Grow up and actually get a life little boy.

Everybody has an opinion, true.
But nothing like taking advice from the "wise older man" acting like a child being ugly to those who don't share his opinion. Way to demonstrate maturity!

I've been called names in this thread I havent called anyone a name so that makes me the child. I'm not the one being ugly I'm simply stated it's selfish and other people in this thread also agreed with me. So stop crying like a little bitch because everyone doesn't agree with you and grow up some. You are the one calling names like a 12 year old. Which reading the rest of your statements shows me that's probably exactly how mentally mature you are.
