slip her the dick

Best idea probably. Take one for the team, tap that old wrinkly arse. No more complaints, a happy old lady neighbor, free chocolate chip cookies... its a win/win/win.
Its what we are put on earth for -- to make all people happy.
Spread the love (and old lady legs) brah

HOA called and said the lady is known to be a "crabby bitch". They only sent the letter to make her happy and told me I have absolutely nothing to worry about. Apparently she even complained about kids yelling while playing.

You need to let this broad know you play for keeps and send her an inconvenience so she will think twice next time.

Start thinking son, this is war.

The best defense is a good offense. Keep her on the defensive. Attack, son.

One of my friends moved to a new apartment, and he started getting complaints that his dog was barking during the day. The dog was like 8 years and had never had a problem with barking...so my friend set up a PopCam that would stream video to his phone every time there was motion and noise in the apartment.

Turns out, she was barking so the neighbors had somewhat a concern and right. A new dog in a new place will probably be a little more defensive and on alert.

Might be a good idea to set up something like that to prove that your dog is actually not barking. (or find out for yourself if it might be a problem)
