Any cheaper noise canceling headphones as good?

They may not be the best headphones but supposedly they have the best noise canceling feature
I want some myself, just haven't splurged for them yet

I think the price for them is absurd. Those were my original pair of headphones, but I would 100000000x rather have a closed pair of heapdhones

Do you have a recommendation by chance to use on a long flight? thanks

The problem with the bose headphones for long flights are the fact that even though they are over the ear, they are still quite small. I found that to get them over my ear, I have to wiggle my ear into them. After a few hours... say, a flight to Taipei or Singapore, my ears would get sore and I'd have to take them off for awhile.
As much as it embarrasses me to admit it, I found that the most comfortable earphones (for me) are the Beats Executive Noise Cancelling Over Ear headphones.
I also tried on a pair of Sennheiser in Amsterdam Airport that were awesome... can't remember the model but they were almost $1,000US. hell no.
Maybe I just have big fricking ears. But I find that for long international flights, even a bit of discomfort winds up being a big sore sport at some point.

Or maybe I have small ears!
I recently flew international and the Bose were a life saver. Fit is comfortable, sound quality is very good if noise cancelling is turned on. If you turn noise cancelling off the sound is pretty bad actually.

I have a pair of Beats Studio, I got as a gift, and the noise canceling works well on the flights. They're very comfortable as well. Probably the same price though.

I know they're not popular on this board, but I agree. I use Beats Studios on flights often and they work well.

Yes I love them. I have two of the QC25s and I have two of the QC20is. I use both of them a ton. Both cancel really well. I like them both about equal, however the sound is better in the 25's for movies.

My ears fit perfect in them.
Best thing for the OP would be to go and actually try some on. Last thing you want to do is drop money on something you won't like. I did that with a pair of Jaybird bluebuds and they just sit in my truck now.

I love them, much better than garbage beats, you should also check sennheiser

Thanks for the Sennheiser tip. I think I will go to Best Buy and try them all.

I bought the QC25s. They are great.
Best Buy did have a pair of Samsung that were a little more expensive and were bluetooth capable that seem pretty good. Only trouble was that it was a rechargeable device and I think I would rather the battery operated. It's easy to carry an extra battery but not so easy to find a place to charge while traveling.

FTFY
I'd go with Solitude XCS or Amp'd Mobile XQS-109 and stay under $100.
But, that's just me.
