I'm talking about people who were on the couch or out of the game on Jan 1 and made new goals to get fit...we are nearing the end of Month #2 and just wanted to check in to see how many of ya'll were still on track.

Off track during Mardi Gras.....now back on track.

Mardi Gras didn't eff me up too bad though.

Still working out and sticking to that plan but my diet has been slipping lately

I started a couple months before New Years though. Glad the gyms have quieted down a little bit

Been killing it. In the gym 4 days a week. Running on Saturday. 15 lbs down so far and gave up alcohol for Lent.

Started going to the gym on January 5. I've been going at least 5 days a week & loving it. Starting to see results. I feel like complete shite when I skip.

I'm on pace to reach my goal. Eating more and gaining legit mass. If I can gain 10 to 15 pounds, I'll look like wolverine

I did 45 minutes of plyo and 15 minutes of core. And my workout partner was a tall blond 20-something with fantastic legs.

Thursday workouts are plain sweet.

I wish they'd give up so the gym would go back to normal

Started tracking my diet and exercise with myfitnesspal for New Years but fell of the wagon during Mardi Gras. I just started 2 month cycle of IIFYM with 5x5. Interested to see the results.

I'm still at it. Did 6 weeks of crossfit but didn't want to pay $100/month to keep going so I started P90X3 this week. Crossfit got me in good enough shape to make it through the P90 workouts. I haven't lost any weight but I don't care about that. Pants are looser and I have a shite load more energy and overall just feel less stress.

I wouldn't call it a "NY resolution", but I have done the same thing I've done the past 2 years.

January-end of August= exercise and eat clean
September-January= extremely little/no exercise, don't really watch the diet too much, consume massive amounts of alcohol.

I'm on my normal routine of being healthy again, but again I wouldn't necessarily call it a new years type of thing.

Not a NYR but im just begging back into my workout phase. I have seen a cycle of mine over the past 10 years of 2 years on getting into great shape then 2 years off becoming fat, and so on.
