You could replace the shrimp and crawfish with lobster.

Never understood why people would look to a restaurant in X region to provide an authentic version of region y's specialty dish.

If you want a lobster roll. In new orleans make one yourself. Quick blanch the lobster a la thomas keller and then finish in a beurre fondue. Let cool and add to mayo and celery with some old bay

There's a place two blocks from me called tha lobster

Don't understand the appeal

Shrimp poor boy is much better

Not the one you're looking for but Oy at sushi yama makes a mean lobster roll.

Are there any places in Baton Rouge that serve a half decent lobster roll?
