Nice looking turkey!
We did one on the BGE yesterday and it was a hit!
Also ordered a pork belly porchetta. It was wrapped in the pork skin. I hope I can find a picture as it looked and tasted amazing. We were able to render the fat nicely, though we weren't able to crisp up the skin as much as I like.
I picked it up from Cleaver and Co and I highly recommend trying it.
