1. Women have already played football.
2. You don't have to have played a sport to be knowledgable about it. Some of the best owners and GM's in sports, never played anything beyond high school athletics.

Playing high school football gives a person an infinite amount of understanding more than a person who has never played.
If you haven't played organized football at the high school or college level, you have absolutely NO business making decisions like the ones she's in charge of making.

I would pit a random Southern woman's college football IQ against a random man from any other region any day of the week and if I bet on them I'd win 9 times out of 10.
